About the Job Our client, a global and rapidly growing chemical company, is looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to strengthen their chemicals and contract manufacturing procurement capabilities. This is a high-impact role within an agile, entrepreneurial environment, combining start-up energy with the stability of an established industry player. What You’ll Do Lead sourcing and category management for chemical raw materials, cosmetic actives, and contract manufacturing Manage global supplier relationships, negotiations, contracts, audits, and performance reviews Drive cost savings, supply security, and sustainability initiatives Partner closely with R&D, Product Management, Operations, and Supply Chain Support procurement transformation projects, including new processes and ERP implementation Contribute to selected international sourcing projects What We’re Looking For Minimum 5+ years’ experience in chemical or raw materials sourcing (essential) Background in chemicals, materials, supply chain, or commercial procurement Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or similar (or equivalent experience) Willingness to travel up to 20% English (fluent) German & Chinese (nice to have) Please reach out to katelyn.hamilton@skillsalliance.com for more details. #J-18808-Ljbffr
