Your mission As SPARETECH’s first security hire, we are looking for a Security Manager who will take ownership of the strategic direction and the hands-on execution of our security program, covering infrastructure, application security, and compliance. In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, and Engineering to embed security into core processes, manage organizational risk, and ensure that we continue to scale securely as a global SaaS company. This is an individual contributor position with broad responsibility. You will serve as the primary security point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and auditors. The role reports to the VP Engineering and operates with a high degree of autonomy.
