You coordinate, track, and control general bid activities You plan and organize the bid process in collaboration with the Offer Manager, Sales department, and Engineering department You organize proposals, edit, and finalize the proposal documents You prepare cost estimates in cooperation with the Offer Manager and Engineering department You acquire the necessary supporting documentation, certificates, and notarizations You manage the MCO system What should you bring along? You have a degree in computer science, engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or similar; alternatively, you have comparable education at an air traffic control authority You have a minimum of 2 years experience in project teamwork with good communication skills You possess good writing skills and very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel You have a technical understanding with the ability to comprehend and present complex technical concepts You take a structured and organized approach to work with high self-motivation You have excellent written and spoken English (C2), and good written and spoken German (C1) is an advantage Was bieten wir dir?
