Senior Leadership Opportunity
As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization. With a strong background in program management and leadership, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the field of neurological and psychiatric care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic plans for multiple programs.
2. Oversee the management of CMC teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
3. Design and implement effective CMC strategies that drive business results.
4. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, Quality, Preclinical Safety, ADME and Commercial organizations.
5. Provide regular updates and insights to CMC and Stakeholder Management.
Qualifications:
* Master's Degree or equivalent experience required.
* Proven track record of success in program management and leadership.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and scientific instrumentation and techniques.
* Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
