About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing and highly promising Chinese new energy vehicle (NEV) company. As part of its international expansion strategy, the company is actively developing the German market and has established both an R&D center and a sales entity in Germany. To support the rapid growth of its local commercial operations, the company is now seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its team.
Your Responsibilities
* Act as a strategic HR partner to the business, supporting the local sales organization in Germany
* Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment processes, with a strong focus on hiring for commercial and sales-related roles
* Partner with leadership to drive organizational development, workforce planning, and talent strategies
* Support employee lifecycle management including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
* Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with German labor law and local compliance requirements
* Contribute to building a high-performance and culturally integrated team
* Collaborate closely with global HR teams and headquarters in China
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Several years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar generalist HR role, ideally within a sales-driven environment
* Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
* Solid knowledge of German labor law and HR practices
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English; German is required; Chinese is a plus
* Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable in a fast-paced, international environment
