Job Title: Distribution Marketing Specialist (Third-Party Contractor) Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany We are currently looking for a Distribution Marketing Specialist (fixed-short-term contract with third-party Contractor) to work within our European team in Düsseldorf office. Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing and campaigns. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize marketing tactics. Manage marketing budgets, track KPIs, and report on campaign performance to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Oversee the creation of compelling content (blogs, ads, videos, etc.) and ensure brand consistency. Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives (events, partnerships, PR) when applicable. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to keep the company ahead of the curve. Qualifications & Skills Requirements: Education background in bachelor's degree and above, major in marketing or relevance. Have 2 years of experience in marketing. Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.). Excellent command of English and Chinese, multi-language skill is considered as an advantage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly. Excellent communication and project management skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B/B2C. Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or basic HTML. Familiar with marketing theory and platform.
