Job Summary

KCL Gloves team is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for our Eichenzell location. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to broker HR services and utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment and Onboarding:

1. Support end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
2. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Employee Relations:

3. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
4. Support conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
5. Manage Works Councils relations.

HR Administration

6. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
7. Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and other HR documentation.

Payroll & Benefits

8. Liaise with payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
9. Administer employee benefits and respond to related queries.

Compliance & Policies

10. Ensure compliance with German labor laws and internal policies.
11. Support audits and reporting requirements.

Learning & Development

12. Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking employee development.

Qualifications


13. Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience
14. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
15. Experience in managing employee relations, works councils, unions, including investigations and conflict resolution
16. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources or a business-related field
17. Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
18. Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
19. Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
20. Proven track record in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture
21. Knowledge of talent acquisition and organizational design strategies and best practices
22. Ability to navigate and interpret HR regulations and legal requirements
