Make It Possible. - part-time job-sharing model also possible.How you will contributeIBP Process Ownership: Lead the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle for DACH including demand and executive business reviewEnsure adherence to established IBP principles governance and timelinesDrive continuous improvement of the IBP process tools and metrics to enhance forecast accuracy service levels and financial performanceCross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment: Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across commercial marketing supply chain and financeChallenge assumptions and foster constructive dialogue to identify risks opportunities and trade-offsEnsure alignment between strategic objectives financial targets and operational plansPerformance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and track key IBP performance indicators (e.g. forecast accuracy bias service level)Prepare and present comprehensive reports and insights to senior leadership during the BU Demand ReviewHighlight variances propose corrective actions and track their implementationData Analysis & Insights: Leverage data analytics to identify trends forecast drivers and potential issues within the demand and supply plansProvide actionable insights to improve planning accuracy and efficiencyCapability Building: Support the training and development of functional teams on IBP best practices tools and methodologiesAct as a subject matter expert for IBP within the DACH regionEnable an effective R&O management process to support transparent cross-functional IBP discussions and alignmentsSupport the entire DACH organization on optimization and transformational journeyPrepare and facilitate the o9 implementation journey for DACH regionWhat you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:Masters degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Operations Research or a related fieldMinimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain demand planning S&OP or IBP roles within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing or similar industryProven experience in leading or significantly contributing to the implementation and maturation of IBP processesExperience working within the DACH market is highly desirableDeep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and their interdependenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insightsExcellent communication presentation and facilitation skills capable of influencing stakeholders at all levelsProficiency in planning software and advanced digital skillsStrong leadership capabilities and ability to drive change in a matrix organizationWe particularly welcome applications from people with disabilities.
