Your Responsibilities
* Independently manage existing customers and sales partners in the field of technical building equipment (HVAC, electrical engineering).
* Manage sales and costing of large projects in plant engineering, and evaluate inquiries in coordination with branches.
* Identify customer needs and requirements for our services.
* Advise and prepare offers in the field of technical building equipment in consultation with relevant departments.
* Monitor market and competitive environment.
* Responsible for quote follow-up and order confirmation.
* Conduct contract negotiations in collaboration with branches.
* Review and ensure contracts comply with applicable standards, laws, regulations, and specifications in coordination with project management.
* Organize sales events for customers together with marketing (trade fairs).
* Report to management.
