As the Senior Client Success Manager you are the single point of ownership for Etops’ most valuable German asset-management clients. Conduct quarterly Executive Business Reviews together with the Head of Asset Management and, when required, the CEO/CRO.

Maintain 100% accurate renewal and expansion forecasting in Salesforce.
Fully adhere to the group-wide CSM standards and data-quality rules defined by Sales Operations.

10+ years of client-facing experience in WealthTech / Asset-Management software or institutional asset management.
~ Proven success as a Strategic/Customer Success Manager for large German institutional clients (Anlagefonds, Versicherungen, Pensionskassen, Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaften, Stiftungen).
~ Existing strong personal network with decision-makers at German insurers, pension funds and asset managers.
~ Deep knowledge of the German regulatory environment (KAGB, DerivateV, GroMiKV, AnfG, Solvency II, BaFin circulars) and typical institutional workflows.
~ Native German + fluent business English.
~ Executive presence – comfortable and credible in any German institutional boardroom
