Main Responsibilities:
* Provide a signature experience for every guest by greeting them warmly, handling cash register functions efficiently, and portraying a professional demeanor at all times.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment by performing daily cleaning duties, adhering to store displays, and upholding visual standards.
* Safely operate the store stockroom, assist with receiving merchandise, maintain the stockroom to established standards, and adhere to safety regulations, notifying management of any potential shortage situations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Meet or exceed sales targets through effective customer service and engagement.
* Maintain high levels of store cleanliness and organization.
* Ensure accurate inventory management and minimize losses.
