We are currently seeking a HR Generalist (m/f/d) for a 2-year fixed-term parental leave replacement, at our Bremen location. Managing personnel administration for a defined area of responsibility Providing expert advice to management, leadership, and employees on all HR administrative matters Independently identifying relevant HR administrative areas for action and subsequently developing and optimizing existing HR administration processes Acting as the interface to the outsourced payroll provider Correspondence with public authorities and government offices Supporting internal and external audits and inspections Close collaboration with HR Business Partners Commercial training plus successful further education in HR, or a degree in business administration with a focus on HR Relevant professional experience in a similar role, ideally within an international, manufacturing, and industrial company Extensive experience in executing and optimizing HR administrative processes Excellent IT skills, especially advanced Excel knowledge; SAP experience is a plus Basic knowledge of payroll processing is desirable Strong service orientation and excellent team skills High level of self-organization Analytical thinking Fluent in German and English Employee Benefits 30 vacation days – Supporting a healthy work-life balance.
