ZIB is the central IT service provider for the justice system in Lower Saxony and is responsible for a modern IT infrastructure with around 18,000 PC workstations. Together with our 400 colleagues, we also run numerous digitization projects for a modern justice system.
To strengthen our team in SG Projects, Processes, Risk and Data Protection Management, we are looking for a permanent, full-time position for the Celle location as soon as possible
an administrative assistant in the area of
project management (f/m/d).
Project management supports the service provision of central IT operations by coordinating and managing IT projects.
The work location is flexible. Communication mainly takes place via Skype for Business, while the department also organizes regular face-to-face meetings in Celle.
Your Tasks
As part of ZIB's multi-project management, you will be responsible for coordinating internal IT projects, including the
* Taking over and independently managing individual IT projects,
* Obtaining and preparing information for project controlling,
* Preparation, implementation and follow-up of meetings of the ZIB project steering committee
* Independent management of the reporting system and
* Organization of training measures in the area of multi-project management.
You will be responsible for coordinating the provision of services as part of the projects you take on as project manager, including through the
* Accompanying the service development,
* Development and internal coordination of processes and accompanying instructions.
What Sets You Apart
Your profile is based on a relevant university degree or equivalent practical skills and experience in the IT process and IT project management environment.
We Also Expect
* Several years of proven practical experience in project management
* Knowledge of common project management methods, ideally with certifications
* Ideally experience in agile project management
* ideally good knowledge of MS Project and MS Office products
* Knowledge of the specific areas of responsibility and processes in an IT company
* the ability to work independently and results-oriented, even under time pressure, analytical skills and strong conceptual thinking skills to develop action and solution strategies
* Trustworthiness, discretion and enjoyment in dealing with people
* a quick grasp of things, strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team
* a confident manner, assertiveness and a high sense of responsibility
* convincing expression and communication skills, confident oral and written expression
* a willingness to undertake occasional business trips within Germany
* German language skills corresponding to level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
