Role Summary
Is the next step in your career at SMBC Group EMEA? We’re looking for a Team Assistant (m/f/d) for our Leveraged Finance Department to join our team.
Your function is to support as the:
* Personal Assistant to Head of Leveraged Finance DACH/Italy
* Personal Assistant to Head of EU AG DUS Branch
* Administrative support of the Leveraged Finance DACH Team
* Business Management Support for EMEA SPD Management
* Process and submit internal requests and overviews
And to be the point of contact with internal and external customers.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities
* Processing internal requests (e.g. SAM, GlobalSOAR, helpdesk) and liaise with Operations and IT in order to provide that adequate desktop settings and facilities are in place and functioning for the day-to-day activities of all members of the team incl. new joiners;
* Assessing all relevant activities of the department and of each team member in the respective bank application/database (e.g. IBM Notes, eWorks, Data Privilege, DealCloud) in order to ensure effective control mechanisms for Management, Compliance, HR, internal and external Audit purposes.
* Checking and handling of Non-Disclosure Agreements and Reliance Letters with customers in order to ensure the compliance with the current bank guidelines and the timely exchange of Confidential Information with the counterparts in support of the team
* Creating and maintaining PSI Lists, COI entries (both eWork), taking care of all matters related to secured folders (creation, maintenance, access control, deletion)
* Supporting the preparation, arranging, updating and tracking of internal pitches and external marketing material, business trips, client visits, meetings and events in order to ensure constant visibility towards internal and external customers
Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications
* Experience as Personal or Team Assistant in a multinational environment
* Team player, who consistently demonstrates enthusiasm and initiative
* Good communication and inter-personal skills are essential
* Ability to stay on top of things with a reliable and structured working style
* Wide knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Business English proficiency is mandatory
