Responsibilities:
* Take ownership and design new features for the app
* Enhance your knowledge to implement user driven product requirements / optimizations
* Work closely with the development team
* Have a direct impact on team processes and conventions by regular retrospectives

Required experience:
* Living in Europe
* 3+ years of experience designing mobile apps (UI/UX)
* Fluent in Figma: can maintain and evolve a design system
* Experienced in UX (map and analyse existing flows and suggest improvements, understand usability)
* Doesn't think of design as pure aesthetics - interested in design as a way to solve user problems and drive desired user behaviour
* Ideally worked at or designed for social app startups for gen-z
* Values an environment of open feedback and growth
* Used to work in an English-speaking environment
