To strengthen our rheumatology team, we are looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) for our region around Berlin/ southern and eastern parts of Brandenburg .
About the role
As a Sales Representative (m/f/d), you will be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining customer relationships, focusing on discussing our innovative therapies with private practitioners and clinics in your area.
Who you´ll work with
Together with your multi-member sales team, you will establish reliable customer contacts through both in-person visits and digital channels. For comprehensive scientific advice to your customers, you will coordinate with the medical field team and report to ecosystem lead.
What does that mean specifically?
1. Building and expanding long-term customer relationships in rheumatology (clinic doctors, private practitioners, specialists, medical assistants, pharmacists)
2. Achieving sales and revenue goals and growing the product portfolio in the area
3. Regular maintenance and adherence to the communication plan
4. Active use of all available channels and materials for an individual multi-channel customer journey for customers in the area
5. Active use of agile working methods
6. Active use of all available analysis tools, including digital assistant, advanced analytics, omnichannel customer journey, persona segmentation
Interested? For this position, we are looking for the following qualifications, experience, and skills:
7. Completed training as a pharmaceutical representative (certification according §75 AMG) and/or a completed scientific degree
8. Several years of experience in the field service for specialists and clinics, experience with biologics is an advantage
9. Excellent skills in conveying highly complex medical information
10. A high degree of self-responsibility, integrity, and discretion
11. English and German language skills, both written and spoken
12. Permanent residence in the advertised area
