How you will contribute Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities, and recommend action plans. Manage marketing budget to maximize return on investment, monitoring spend and ensuring on-target delivery. Develop the media strategy, and recommend, build, and deliver impactful marketing campaigns / plans across all touch points, ensuring brand consistency and consumer engagement while tracking performance through a clear set of recommended KPIs. Lead the end-to-end development of the innovation and iPPA pipelines, including product launches and other product-change initiatives, to drive growth in a profitable way and at scale. Partner with Finance, Category Planning, Supply Chain and Sales teams to recommend and deliver seamless in-market execution and maximize brand impact. Lead, develop and manage a team What you will bring University degree: Business, Marketing Relevant professional experience in the marketing department (8 years) & in an international FMCG environment; Solid experience on guiding teams to success; Very good track record on brand building, activation & product launches; Ability to work with authonomy; Creative and open minded; Organizing and problem solving skills; Analytical and structured thinking; strong presentation and engagement skills Skills on computer literacy, esp.
