About the Role
The Head of Division HR Administration and Analytics will lead a team in managing HR administration and data analysis to position the HR department as a strategic partner.
* Oversee the development of existing dashboards by collecting data, establishing KPIs, and monitoring trends and needs.
* Coordinate administrative follow-up of CSSF staff, handle relations with administrations, and manage staff details, electronic management of staff personnel files.
* Organise and supervise division activities, ensuring shared information with stakeholders and high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To collect, analyse, and interpret HR-related data using HRIS software.
2. To work with different services to understand needs and produce deliverables such as dashboards, annual reports, social balance sheets, and ad hoc statistics.
