Your role is key in ensuring seamless execution, improving compliance, and enhancing decision-making through data-driven insights. * Lead and develop a high-performing finance and procurement team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
* Oversee and optimize financial workflows, budgeting, and procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and compliance
* Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement processes ensuring financial transaction accuracy
* Identify and implement automation, digital transformation, and process optimization initiatives
* Collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, and business units to align financial strategies with operational goals
* Ensure adherence to procurement policies, financial regulations, and contract compliance
* Maintain accurate tracking of purchase orders, goods receipts, prepayments, and accruals
* Provide key financial insights by monitoring KPIs and optimizing financial reporting
* Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations, procurement, or vendor management
* Strong expertise in procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, financial planning, and vendor negotiations
* Proven experience in financial process optimization, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making
* Leadership experience with team management and stakeholder engagement
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
* High level of commitment, resilience, and flexibility
* Fluent in English and good command of German
