Your tasks
7. Responsible for the management and reporting of KPIs, including the planning of human resources and cost planning.
8. Optimization of inventory management, especially work-in-progress and stock levels to ensure efficient material availability.
9. Identification and minimization of missing parts to avoid production interruptions.
10. Actively participate in the development of a comprehensive resource strategy for the Industrial Site area.
11. Supporting the implementation of innovative processes and structures as part of AOS Bricks.
12. Driving forward the digitalization and automation of the KPI landscape to increase efficiency.
13. Taking over the management of sub-projects to ensure the successful implementation of corporate goals.
Your profile
14. Completed Bachelor's degree in business informatics, industrial engineering or economics.
15. Extensive experience in the fields of aerospace, product development, project management, supply chain or logistics.
16. Fluency in German and English is required.
17. Sound knowledge of Google Workspace is a must; knowledge of SAP, Skywise and Spotfire is an advantage.
18. Residence in Germany
