As a Head of ESS Europe, you will define and execute regional strategies, oversee key ESS projects, and act as the primary representative of the ESS business in Europe
Responsibilities
* Lead ESS business development in Europe
* set up and manage from strategy (go-to-market) to execution (account development)
* Build up team and approach for mid-term development
* Collaborate with global Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver customized ESS solutions
* Lead, coach and manage performance of the team
Minimum Qualifications
* 15+ years of relevant work experience
* Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills
* Bachelor's degree
* Fluent in English
* No restriction to travel abroad
Preferred Qualifications
* Fluent in German
* Strong communication skills and develop a broad network at clients and cross functional teams
* Good PC knowledge, incl. PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel
* Structed, self-dependent, precise and solution oriented way of working
