For our partner company based in Euskirchen, we are looking for an IT System Administrator (m/f/d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).
In this position, you will actively shape the digital future of our partner by administering highly available infrastructures based on Nutanix and Citrix and implementing innovative solutions such as Microsoft Copilot. You will take responsibility for the security and stability of complex backend systems and support challenging IT projects from initial conception to successful implementation. By managing external service providers and continuously optimizing the system landscape, you will ensure smooth IT operations at the most modern level.

Your tasks
8. Installation, operation, administration and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure components and solutions
9. Contributing to the development and implementation of the IT strategy and technical security concepts
10. Managing server software, operating systems, virtualization and security solutions
11. Ensuring the quality and availability of systems and services
12. Maintenance of back-end hardware in the areas of servers, network and firewall
13. Continuous further development of the IT systems and services used
14. Implementation of documentation in asset, change and license management
Your profile
15. Knowledge of Citrix, Nutanix, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot
16. Experience in project management and sound specialist knowledge from project work
17. Confidence in coordinating and managing external service providers
18. Analytical thinking skills to solve complex issues
19. Structured way of working with independent prioritization and time management
