We’re looking for someone who understands the heart of online communities — and knows how to nurture them. Manage day-to-day interactions on Discord, forums, and social media channels to foster a welcoming, safe community
Collect, organize, and relay player feedback to internal teams to inform development and content decisions
Support onboarding and training of new moderators and community volunteers
Maintain clear, transparent communication with the player base regarding updates, rules, and server news
Assist in creating content for social media and official communications when needed
Proven experience managing online communities, ideally in gaming or Minecraft related environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively and professionally with a diverse player base
Experience using Discord and other community platforms (forums, social media) for moderation and engagement
Comfortable collaborating closely with developers, content creators, and moderators
Organized and proactive — able to manage daily community needs while contributing to long-term engagement strategies
Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus
