We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us shape products at their earliest and roughest stage. We are building a discovery team for the phase before the roadmap is fixed, where ideas are still vague and the right direction has not been chosen yet. You take rough ideas and messy customer problems and turn them into one tangible product direction a team can build. You lead discovery, build strong prototypes, and help teams decide what to build, test, change, or stop. This is not a delivery role. You move across topics as the work changes and stay hands-on throughout.

• Lead early discovery. You frame unclear problems and set hypotheses. You guide teams from first questions to a clear product direction.
• Turn ideas into bold concepts. You think in bold, innovative ways and shape strong ideas from vague input. You are a sharp product thinker who knows what is worth building.
• Design with high craft. You turn concepts into prototypes, journeys, service blueprints, and vision decks. You polish enough to feel real, sharp enough to win stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment. You run workshops, design sprints, and co-creation with Product, Research, Engineering, and Business. You bring the right people in at the right time.
• Turn discovery into decisions. You translate findings into clear next steps: Go/No-Go, MVP scope, roadmap options, and handover material for Product and Tech.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

• 4 to 6+ years in product or UX design, with strong discovery and prototyping work to show.
• Excellent craft. You know design basics deeply and produce high visual quality. Your work looks and feels right.
• A portfolio of discovery-led case studies that show both strong thinking and high-quality design.
• Hands-on with discovery methods: design thinking, workshops, design sprints, hypothesis framing, synthesis, and concept development.
• Strong product thinking and collaboration across Product, Research, Engineering, and Business.
• A builder. You make ideas visible through sketches, prototypes, and narratives, and you use new tools, including AI, to work faster.
• High standards, low ego. You push for quality and challenge weak ideas without making the work about yourself.
• Comfortable with uncertainty. You enter new topics fast and work without a clean brief.
• Fluency in  English and German (B2+) .
• You're passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time!
