Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive specialist to join our Sales Operations team. This role is essential for managing the full lifecycle of customer contracts and translating them into accurate discount structures within SAP.
You will be responsible for calculating customer bonuses and ensuring all administrative processes are aligned with automation and digital transformation initiatives.
* Manage the end-to-end process of customer contracts: collection, validation, filing, and archiving.
* Translate contractual terms into SAP discount structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Maintain and update discount conditions in SAP for the DACH region.
* Calculate customer bonuses based on contractual agreements and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in back-office, administration, or sales support roles.
* Solid understanding of SAP, especially in discount and condition management.
* Experience with contract handling and bonus calculations.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
