6. Support in the implementation and execution of key operational activities and processes for local Phase IV studies or non-interventional studies, e.g. registries
7. Creation of standard documents and customized MedInfo content
8. Undertake the review and approval process of medical/scientific/promotional materials and activities for a broad portfolio for medical accuracy and compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations
9. Support the Quality and Pharmacovigilance team in the documentation and reporting of adverse drug reactions and technical/product related complaints
10. Process optimization within the medical department
Your profile
11. University degree in medicine, pharmacy or other related natural sciences, preferably with a doctorate
12. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the field of medical affairs
13. Experience in medical operations, medical information, project management and data generation projects, including publications
14. Fluency in German and English, both oral and written
15. High level of communication and teamwork skills, quality orientation, customer focus, flexibility and results orientation
