In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic support and further development of hospitals and purchasing groups as well as the implementation of marketing and sales strategies. In addition, you will analyze sales, market and competitive data and manage product launches, forecasts and contract processes.

Your tasks
5. Strategic support and further development of hospitals, purchasing groups and blistering institutions
6. Implementation of the marketing and sales strategy in the hospital segment
7. Analysis of sales, market and competitive data incl. forecast, budget and price planning
8. Management and coordination of product launches in the hospital market
9. Creation, negotiation and monitoring of contracts, prices and conditions
10. Managing tenders and submitting offers on time
11. Definition and monitoring of KPIs, SLAs, OLAs and sales targets
12. Close cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, QA, Business Intelligence and Customer Service
13. Representing the company at congresses, trade fairs and industry events
Your profile
14. Degree in business administration, health economics or a comparable course of study
15. At least 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical, hospital or healthcare environment or in pharmaceutical wholesale - ideally in sales or purchasing
16. Sound knowledge of the hospital market and its structures as well as knowledge of the market and competition; good understanding of pricing and contract mechanisms
17. Experience in key account management, business development or commercial management
18. Very good analytical skills and strong strategic thinking skills
19. Confident handling of MS 365, SAP and digital analysis tools
20. Business fluent in German and fluent in English
21. Willingness to travel throughout Germany (approx. 10-20%)
