Which tasks can you expect?
* Operational management
* Managing, coaching and developing your team
* Defining team goals and KPIs
* Creating development plans and ensuring their implementation
* Optimizing resources to achieve the goals Reporting and analysis
* Ensuring processes and compliance with regulations and standards
* Analyzing and reporting on performance, trends and results of the supervised area for management and stakeholders Quality assurance
* Implementation of cross-departmental quality control processes and measures
* Maintaining quality standards within the department Process optimization and transformation
* Providing recommendations for improvements
* Implementation of best practices and process improvements
* Increasing operational efficiency
* Optimization and standardization of processes
* Implementation of process automation Project responsibility
* Management and coordination of internal and customer projects
* Ensuring project implementation within the budget and schedule
* Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
What do you have to offer?
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
* Experience in leading process optimization initiatives
* Excellent project management skills
* Very good communication and interpersonal skills
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
* Experience in developing and delivering training programs
* Fluency in German and English is required
