YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead the Intercom Product Management Team at Riedel and drive the team to continue to develop world class intercom products in Riedel’s chosen markets
2. Build product strategies and roadmaps to deliver growth and strengthen competitive positioning
3. Identify new market opportunities and develop financial business cases for New Product developments
4. Develop core product messaging and positioning with the Business Development & Marketing teams
5. Manage the intercom part of tenders where roadmap items are required
THAT'S YOU
6. Deep experience in Product Management with 5+ years experience in a software/hardware manufacturing business with international customer base
7. Proven track record of successful new product development using Stage Gate and Agile processes
8. Strong knowledge of Intercom production workflows, audio processing, IP media networks and cloud production is essential
9. English (fluent – must have), Other languages (German is a plus)
10. Mobility and willingness to travel
