We are looking for a scientific sales representative for the field service in Jena, specializing in hematology, to start on July 1st, 2026 or August 1st, 2026.

Your tasks
11. Convince customers of the value and benefits of our products for patients and stakeholders by utilizing all available communication channels to generate demand and achieve the set sales targets.
12. Proactively utilizes all available resources for market, competitive and potential analysis and derives strategically sound measures (e.g. services, information events) to increase sales.
13. Plan customer interactions individually, taking into account all channels and touchpoints, using a digital planning tool to meet specific needs and potential. Achieve the defined quantitative targets within the planning period with good quality.
14. Is able to analyze and manage not only individual clients but also more complex systems (e.g., hospitals) and create corresponding account plans. Utilizes these plans effectively, in close coordination with all relevant internal functions. Achieves the defined goals and optimizes customer relationships within and around the respective account.
15. Identifies and prioritizes the needs and supply gaps of customers and patients.
16. along the course of therapy and forwards this information to the relevant departments.
17. Establishes and builds customer relationships and market access for the company through efficient use of resources and communication channels. Acts cross-functionally as a networker, involving all relevant internal functions.
18. Identifies regional topics (insights into the health policy environment, market trends, etc.), passes these on to all relevant internal functions, and derives relevant arguments for sales conversations with customers.
19. Maintains and uses relevant customer indicators to optimize market activities (e.g., visit planning, implementation of company and product strategy)
20. Works closely with the regional team members. Communicates extensively with them and coordinates within the team. Exchanges information and works on tasks and projects together. Contributes to ensuring that the regional team has common goals and

Your profile
25. A completed degree or doctorate in a natural science, pharmacy or medicine is desirable, or other academic qualification / recognition according to § 75 para. 3 as a pharmaceutical consultant.
26. At least 2-5 years of successful professional experience in pharmaceutical sales
27. Knowledge of health policy and the structures in the health market
28. Experienced in using modern IT/computer systems:
29. Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
30. High level of initiative, pronounced creativity, negotiation skills and strong organizational talent
31. Driving licence class B
