About The Team You’ll be joining the Joybuy team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What You'll Do We’re currently looking for a Social Media Manager to lead Joybuy’s social presence in Germany — from content strategy and daily operations to performance optimization and influencer activations — with a strong focus on growth, engagement, and brand consistency. 1. Channel Management & Operational Excellence End-to-end management of daily social media operations across owned channels from Joybuy (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Oversight of publishing cadence, content production workflows, quality assurance, and community management. Focus on sustainable audience growth, increased engagement performance, and stronger follower loyalty and retention. 2. Platform-Specific Content Strategy & Brand Stewardship Development of channel-tailored content strategies that align with user expectations, brand positioning, and market dynamics. Creation of thematic formats, storytelling concepts, and seasonal activations that reinforce brand visibility, relevance, and conversion impact. Ensuring a consistent tone of voice and cohesive brand presence across all digital touchpoints. 3. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Optimization Evaluation of key performance indicators (including reach, engagement, click-through, and conversion metrics). Identification of optimization levers for content formats, posting rhythms, and interaction mechanics based on data-driven insights. Systematic enhancement of communication efficiency and precision in audience targeting. 4. Campaign Management & Activation Planning, execution, and end-to-end orchestration of social media campaigns that support brand initiatives, product launches, and seasonal peaks. Management of creator/influencer collaborations and coordination of external creative resources. Accountability for campaign performance goals, including traffic, lead generation, and revenue-related KPIs. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment Processes Close collaboration with Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, Design, PR, and Product Management. Ensuring seamless information flow and identifying synergies across the content and campaign lifecycle. Proactive development of integrated collaboration approaches to elevate efficiency and maximize brand exposure across all digital channels. About you Proven experience managing social media channels end-to-end (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), including publishing, content coordination, and community management Strong ability to develop platform-specific content strategies aligned with brand positioning, audience expectations, and local market dynamics Solid understanding of social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion) and ability to optimize content and campaigns based on data-driven insights Experience planning and executing social media campaigns, including influencer collaborations and coordination with creative partners or agencies Strong storytelling and content sensibility, with the ability to ensure a consistent tone of voice and cohesive brand presence across all touchpoints Strong understanding of the German digital landscape, social media trends, and local audience behavior Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills At Joybuy, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
