Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to drive regional sales growth and ensure the successful implementation of our global Business Field and Sales strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

* Accountable for achieving and monitoring sales-related KPIs, regional target-setting, co-development and implementation of global sales strategies.
* Responsible for steering, coaching, and motivating Sub-Regional/Area Sales Managers while optimizing the sales organizational structure.
* Facilitates collaboration across departments, business streams, and regions, including alignment with operations and key stakeholders.
* Ensures compliance with governance frameworks, global processes, policies, tools, and projects in the region.
* Proactively chases new business opportunities with new and existing customers.

This position is responsible for driving sales growth and implementing our global Business Field and Sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience as a Senior Manager for large teams of sales professionals and/or junior managers.


Requirements:

* At least 3 years of leadership experience as Senior Manager for large teams of sales professionals and/or junior managers.
* 5-10 years of professional experience in the field of Sales or related area with a proven track record.
* Fluent in English (C1), additional languages are a plus.
* Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce.com, and SAP CRM.
* Expert in consultative selling, negotiation, sales planning, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.
* Skilled in analyzing data, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpreting profit & loss reports.
* Experienced in developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
