What we're looking for Professional experience building and shipping production-ready web applications. Strong skills in TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or comparable modern JS stacks). Ability to own features end-to-end - from idea to implementation to production. Solid understanding of modern web architecture (APIs, state management, data flows). High ownership and autonomy - you can make decisions and ship without hand-holding. What you'll do Build and ship features end-to-end - from database to frontend. Own parts of the product and make architectural decisions that matter. Improve performance and reliability across our core systems. Work directly with product & design to turn real workflows into simple software. Paid Work Trial (1 day to 1 week) - Work with us on a scoped, real-life problem to see how we collaborate. All trial days are fully paid. Founder Conversation - Align on values, expectations, and what success looks like in this role with our CEO Din and COO Jan. Offer & Contract - We make things official. Steps 1–3 can be completed in 2 days. The entire process takes approx. 9 days.
