Property management touches many verticals. New product areas such as brokerage, banking, maintenance, and insurance offer greenfield opportunities where you can take the lead. Global. Germany is only the starting point. Once we dominate this market, we plan to enter the US. What we're looking for Professional experience building and shipping production-ready web applications. Strong skills in TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or comparable modern stacks). Ability to own features end-to-end - from idea to implementation to production. Solid understanding of modern web architecture (APIs, state management, data flows). High ownership and autonomy - you make decisions and ship without hand-holding. What you'll do Build and ship features end-to-end - from database to frontend. Own parts of the product and make architectural decisions that matter. Improve performance and reliability across our core systems. Work closely with product and design to turn real workflows into simple software. Shape our engineering culture as we grow.
