4flow software develops a range of global standard software products for logistics and transportation planning that can be used across industries. The integrated planning approach of our software products ranges from the long-term optimization of network structures to the short-term optimization of transport utilization. In addition, the planning results can be combined with transport processing and billing to form an integrated transport management system (the 4flow iTMS).
What your new challenge will look like
As a 4flow Software Supporter you will be the first point of contact for any bugs, unusual system behaviour or other related issues in our software products. Your daily tasks will be:
1. Provide excellent software support via our ticketing system & phone.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and request.
3. Assist in identifying, troubleshooting and resolving reported issues.
4. Handle 2nd level support from external and internal customers for our 4flow Software Products.
5. Deliver fast solutions or workaround within the agreed SLA with the customer.
6. Work closely together with our 3rd level for deeper product knowledge and participate with further improvement of our products.
7. Coordinate with other internal teams and departments for better customer service.
