Position Overview:
RIGOL Technologies EU GmbH is seeking a results-driven and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the test and measurement sector. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in channel management and technical solution selling, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and foster strong relationships within the industry. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence across Europe and ensuring customer satisfaction through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets in the assigned region, focusing on both direct sales and channel partnerships.
- Channel Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with distributors and resellers, ensuring alignment with RIGOL’s sales objectives and growth plans. Provide ongoing support and training to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Technical Solution Selling: Leverage technical knowledge of RIGOL’s test and measurement products to provide solutions that meet customer needs. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to articulate product value effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and new product development. Provide insights to the management team to influence product strategy.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management, detailing sales performance, market insights, and growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the test and measurement industry or related technical fields.
- Proven experience in channel management and developing strategic partnerships.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex test and measurement solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.
