Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Actively participating in an international project team responsible for global HR transformation projects
* Configuring Workday HR modules based on business requirements and functional specifications
* Supporting the creation of custom business processes, including configuration of approval workflows, notifications and integrations with other Systems
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* Experience configuring and developing Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management and Learning)
* Professional fluency in English for international cooperation
* Knowledge of Workday Web Services and APIs for integration with external systems (e.g. finance, payroll and third-party vendors) is an advantage
* Experience working in agile or waterfall project environments, collaborating with project teams to deliver solutions on time
Desirable extras.
* German language skills are a plus
