Essential Duties and Responsibilities Internal coordination of laboratory samples and scheduling of tests Proactive monitoring and communication of timelines and delays in laboratory testing in coordination with laboratory management Support of laboratory management in the continuous improvement of testing through the provision of reports and statistics Distribution and shipment of samples to internal and external laboratories Preparation of laboratory reports, certificates, and statistics Scanning and tracking of incoming samples via SAP Coordination of the timelines of raw material testing in collaboration with the Supply Chain department Provision and printing of raw data logbooks for the German laboratory Support of procurement processes within the laboratory Education Successfully completed training as a chemical or biological laboratory technician, chemical-technical, biological-technical assistant or administrative assistant. Work Experience Initial professional experience in a comparable position. Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Good computer skills (MS Office) Excellent communication skills of English, both written and spoken Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is desirable Reliability, resilience, and ability to work in a team Careful, independent, and structured way of working \LI-JJ1 Travel Requirements 5%: Up to 13 business days per year Physical Requirements Light-Exerting up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force frequently constantly to move objects.
