The Obergöltzsch Rodewisch Clinic is a standard care hospital with 290 beds in the fields of internal medicine, gynecology and obstetrics, general, visceral, and vascular surgery, trauma and joint surgery, pediatrics and adolescent medicine, anesthesia, and intensive care medicine. It also has departments for X-rays, physical therapy, laboratory work, central sterilization, and two medical care centers.
We are looking for an
IT Application Support Specialist (m/f/d) – Clinical Information System (CIS)
Your tasks:
* Technical support and further development of our clinical information system (HIS) with a focus on ORBIS
* Analysis of clinical and administrative processes and their mapping in the system
* Customizing and parameterization of modules in coordination with specialist departments
* 2nd-level support for medical, nursing, and administrative users
* Coordination and tracking of manufacturer tickets
* Participation in release changes, testing, and quality assurance
* Support and monitoring of interfaces to subsystems.
* Collaboration in digitization and optimization projects.
* Participation in IT on-call duty.
Your requirements:
* Completed IT training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), ideally in the field of system integration or application development with relevant professional experience in the application environment.
* Experience in supporting complex specialist applications.
* Ideally, experience in healthcare or with a hospital information system.
* Structured and analytical approach to work
* Strong communication skills when dealing with different professional groups
* Willingness to familiarize yourself intensively with a central clinical core system
Desirable, but not essential:
* Experience with ORBIS or a comparable HIS
* Knowledge of interfaces (e.g., HL7)
* Experience in project management
