The Administrative Assistant - Food & Beverage is responsible for managing the communication and administrative support for all Food & Beverage Outlets. 
Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage team, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
 * Acting as the first point of contact for guest event inquiries, and handling reservations and guest communication via phone and email in line with LQA standards.
 * Coordinating closely with internal departments, creating offers and contracts, assist with menu updates and collateral support.
 * Manage clerical tasks efficiently.
 * Support the Food & Beverage service team as required.
 * Manage supplier relationships, process invoices, and track budgets to ensure smooth procurement and cost control.
 * Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and serve as the contact point for restaurant reservation support.
Qualifications & Skills:
 * Fluent in English and German, additional languages are a plus.
 * Passionate about hospitality and eager to support operations.
 * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
 * Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
 * A proactive problem-solver, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
