Responsibilities
* Contribute to the creation of financial reports for individual subsidiaries and perform monthly consolidation tasks
* Support and review budget planning for our subsidiaries, preparing materials for management review
* Provide advisory services to our subsidiaries regarding organizational changes, compensation structures, and general support in HR and administrative matters
* Enhance compliance process audits for our international organization and assume control functions for international accounts receivable management
* Documented pricing agreements
* Analyze processes of our subsidiaries, deriving measures for improvement
* Presentation preparation for management
* Digitalization of processes within investment control
* Participation in company formations
* Collaboration with auditors, tax consultants, and lawyers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in finance/accounting/international management
* Professional experience in auditing or accounting
* Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP FI/CO
* Proactive submission of proposals for process improvements
* Conceptual, analytical, and independent work style, combined with confident demeanor and communication skills
* Willingness to travel internationally occasionally
* Excellent German and English language skills
