We are currently recruiting for one of our clients a: Senior Business Manager OUR CLIENT Our client is one of the oldest bank in the Gand-Duchy.
Located in Luxembourg City.
It has always played an active role in the development of the Luxembourg economy.
It currently operates in retail, private and corporate banking, as well as on major capital markets YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Within the Corporate Banking department, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and developing relationships with existing clients by proposing innovative products and services.
This role focuses on acquiring new mid-corporate clients, especially those with complex or strategic needs, and supporting Corporate Banking teams in identifying and developing growth opportunities.
Client Acquisition Solid network of external contacts (clients, banks, professional experts).
Fluent in French, English, German, and/or Luxembourgish.
Expertise in (complex) financing and cash management.
General knowledge of Corporate Finance and DCM, in order to ensure cross sell with the expert teams.
Knowledge of drafting contractual documents for the bank, particularly in the area of syndicated loans Very good knowledge of the legal, tax and regulatory framework applying to the applicable market (LU), and of the domestic market in general.
Excellent knowledge of the economic, regulatory and tax environment in Luxembourg.
