We are exclusively supporting Arrow Capital Partners. They are seeking an Investment Manager to support the continued expansion of its German platform.

In Germany, they focus on value-add logistics and light industrial real estate. As they continue to expand, they are looking to add an investment professional with strong market connectivity, transaction experience, and a genuine interest in the industrial and logistics sector.

This role offers broad exposure across acquisitions, asset strategy, and disposals, working closely with senior leadership and key decision makers across the business.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, originate and secure new investment and development opportunities and deals across the German market, including identifying and pursuing both on- and off-market transactions
• Taking ownership of acquisitions and disposals across the German market, coordinating processes from initial sourcing through to execution and exit
• Find creative ways to access transactions that others cannot
• Building and maintaining relationships with investors, brokers, developers, owners, and other market participants to generate deal flow
• Leading underwriting, financial analysis, and investment appraisals to support investment decisions
• Preparing investment papers, presentations, cash flow analysis, and internal approval materials
• Coordinating due diligence processes alongside legal, technical, and financial advisors
• Working closely with asset management teams on business plans, value creation initiatives, and portfolio strategy
• Monitoring market activity, rental trends, occupier demand, and transaction comparables across the German industrial market
• Supporting the execution of portfolio disposals and exit strategies

Experience & Background

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience within real estate investment or transactions
• Experience within logistics and/or light industrial real estate preferred, though candidates from other relevant real estate asset classes are also welcome
• The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who can take initiative, manage their time effectively, and work independently
• Ability to originate investment and development opportunities
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the real estate market
• Strong understanding of the German investment market and substantial network of agents, advisors, and principals within the market
• Proven ability to source opportunities and support transaction execution
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Preference for candidates with extensive experience in investment exit strategies and disposal processes
• Commercial judgement and confidence operating independently
• Fluent German and strong English language skills
• Based within the Düsseldorf region, with availability to attend the office 1–2 days per week
