What you bring Draft, review and negotiate national and international contracts (SaaS, IT, procurement) Support cross-functional legal questions across the company (e.g. marketing, HR, product, new business areas) Manage and improve our contract management system Coordinate with external legal advisors/law firms Ensure legal compliance across key business areas (data protection, employment law, regulatory topics, etc.) Requirements Completed legal studies (1st State Exam, LL.B., LL.M., dipl. Wirtschaftsjurist*in or similar) Strong knowledge of contract law Willingness to engage in comparative legal topics (esp. Swiss civil law) Interest in automation of legal workflows and use of AI tools for standard processes Ideally, experience with regulatory topics (e.g. finance or IT sector) Excellent German and business-level English Occasional travel to the Zurich HQ Why us?
