Key Responsibilities:
* Manage document management, including filing, scanning, and archiving documents with precision and efficiency.

* Coordinate procurement and stock of office supplies, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
* Maintain and organize legal and administrative files with confidentiality and accuracy, adhering to company policies and regulations.
* Plan and manage complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives and board members, ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution.
Requirements:
* Diploma in secretarial studies or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the financial or professional services sector.
* Excellent organizational skills, strong sense of ownership, and ability to manage priorities independently, working effectively under pressure.
* Fluency in English and French/German languages.
* Professionalism, discretion, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
