The Role
* Building new relationships with external clients and adapting your business development approach to successfully gain contract vacancies across Germany
* Networking – attracting new clients and candidates through advertising & networking
* Creation of requirement profiles and search for suitable applicants
* Sourcing potential candidates through various channels e.g. professional networks, job boards, social media
* Screening and interviewing candidates to assess hard and soft skillsets
* Supporting and advising clients and candidates during the recruitment process
* Managing interview processes, feedback and offer stages
* Conducting contract negotiations with personnel decision-makers
About You
* Business level English and B1/B2 German
* At least 3 years in agency recruitment within the contract Technology market
* Able to demonstrate ability to build new client accounts, expand these and source quality contractors
* Career-oriented person - someone who wants to join the right company and team and wants to make a difference
* Communication is key – our client value honesty, reliability and confidence
* You will have the drive, tenacity, and resilience to knock down doors and build relationships with high-end clients and candidates
* Proactive commitment and willingness to learn
