As Senior Compliance Officer, you will take responsibility for strengthening governance structures within a globally operating organisation. You will ensure that compliance frameworks remain robust, forward-looking, and aligned with regulatory expectations, while driving transparency and operational excellence across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and continuously refine the group-wide compliance framework to ensure regulatory adherence and effective risk mitigation.
* Develop practical tools and methodologies for identifying, assessing, and monitoring compliance risks.
* Enhance reporting structures, including KPIs and dashboards, to provide clear oversight for senior management.
* Introduce digital and data-driven solutions to streamline compliance processes and increase efficiency.
* Support the management and regular review of internal policies and governance standards.
* Design and deliver targeted training initiatives to promote awareness and strengthen the compliance culture.
* Collaborate closely with business units and central functions to embed compliance considerations into daily operations.
Your Profile:
* Degree in law, business, or a related discipline.
* Several years of professional experience in compliance within a regulated environment.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and governance principles.
* Experience in implementing process improvements or digital compliance tools.
* Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent German and English skills.
