As a team leader with part-time availability, you will support our care team in the care of our residents and apprentices.
* You will advise residents and their relatives on care-related questions.
* You accompany and lead our apprentices throughout their entire training period.
* You prepare apprentices for their exams and oversee the training process, both theoretically and practically.
* You serve as a mentor and primary point of contact for our care professional and nursing assistant trainees.

Your tasks will include:
* Beratung von Bewohner:innen und deren Angehörigen zu pflegefachlichen Fragen
* Du begleitest und leitest unsere Auszubildenden während ihrer gesamten Ausbildungsdauer an
* Du bereitest die Azubis auf ihre Prüfungen vor und betreuen den Ausbildungsprozess sowohl hinsichtlich der theoretischen als auch der praktischen Inhalte
* Du fungierst als Lots:in und primäre Ansprechperson für unsere Pflegefachkraft- und Pflegehelfer:innen-Auszubildenden
