Your Tasks
For support in the Software Asset Management team, we are looking for a student assistant to start as soon as possible. The tasks include:
1. Coordinating procurement requirements with departments and key users
2. Carrying out software procurement processes
3. Developing and enhancing a license management solution within the team
4. Communicating with vendors and end users
5. Managing the digital inbox and dispatching tickets
6. Documenting software assets
Your Qualifications
7. Degree program in (Business) Informatics or a comparable field
8. Initial experience in IT is desirable
9. Ability to take initiative
10. Strong quality awareness
11. Service-oriented mindset
