Position

Head of IT‑Reimagined – Cloud Practice DACH

Responsibilities

• Responsible for strategic development, growth and profitability of the IT‑Reimagined business in the DACH region.
• Drive profitable growth, modernize the delivery organization, transform IT operating models and build high‑performing teams.
• Shape the future of cloud‑native Managed Services across the entire DACH region.
• Steer revenue, margin, pipeline, and growth targets, ensuring sustainable business success.
• Build resilient relationships with key customers, technology partners and internal stakeholders, and act as executive sponsor for key initiatives.
• Develop innovative operating models around Automation, AIOps, Infrastructure as Code, Observability and intelligent service operations.
• Continuously improve delivery excellence, service quality, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop strong leadership teams, fostering a culture of innovation, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive executive leadership experience with proven P&L responsibility within Managed Services, IT Operations, Cloud or infrastructure services.
• Deep expertise in IT Operations, Networks, Data Center, Collaboration Services or comparable infrastructure and service environments.
• Successful experience building, transforming and scaling large service or delivery organizations.
• Extensive experience managing complex managed‑service contracts and large transformation and outsourcing initiatives.
• Understanding of modern operating models around Cloud Native, Automation First, AIOps, Platform Engineering and digital service platforms.
• Strong sales and customer orientation with experience managing strategic customer relationships at C‑Level.
• Leadership experience of international teams and collaboration with global delivery and partner organizations.
• Excellent communication in German and English, comfortable working in a multinational matrix environment.
