Your mission
- Lead and manage all warehouse and logistics operations, including goods receipt, inventory management, order picking, and shipping.
- Optimize logistics processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Oversee incoming inspection activities for returned goods in collaboration with Quality and Regulatory Affairs.
- Work closely with Customer Service to ensure smooth order processing and customer deliveries.
- Coordinate and manage external logistics providers and suppliers.
- Lead, develop, and support the logistics team while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels and key logistics KPIs, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Previous leadership experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is an advantage.
- Experience in a regulated industry, ideally within the medical device or healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Navision and/or SAP.
- Solid knowledge of inventory management as well as warehouse and shipping processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
